Regional Institutes of Education Common Entrance Exam RIE CEE 2020, Registration, Important Dates

RIE CEE 2020 - Applications are invited online from eligible applicants for admission to various teacher education programs offered by Regional Institutes of Education for the academic session 2020 through Common Entrance Exam (RIE CEE) 2020 to be held on May 24, 2020.

Application for the same can be submitted online till May 4, 2020. Read further for more on RIE CEE 2020

Eligibility Criteria for RIE CEE 2020

For B.Sc. B.Ed	Candidates seeking admission to Physical Science Group must have passed with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) (Mathematics stands for Mathematics or Statistics) and those seeking admission to Biological Science Group (CBZ) must have passed Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) (Biology stands for Biology or Biotechnology) at +2 level
	Candidates must have passed+2/Hr. Sec/Sr. Sec. or any equivalent exam recognized by University/ Board with at least 50% marks in aggregate of qualifying exam (relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ ST/PH candidates); the qualifying exam should be recognized by the affiliated universities of the RIEs
	Candidates who have passed +2/Hr. Sec./ Sr. Sec. or any equivalent exam in 2018, 2019 or appearing /appeared in 2020 only
For B.A. B.Ed.	Candidates must have passed +2/Hr. Secondary/Sr. Secondary or equivalent exam in Science and Commerce streams or in Arts streams with at least 50% marks in aggregate (relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ ST/PH candidates) in 2018, 2019 or appearing /appeared in 2020
For M.Sc. Ed.	Candidates must have passed +2/Senior Secondary / Higher Secondary or Equivalent in Science and Mathematics (PCM)
	Candidates must have passed+2/Hr. Sec/Sr. Sec or any equivalent exam recognized by University/ Board with at least 50% marks in aggregate of qualifying exam (relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ ST/PH candidates); the qualifying exam should be recognized by the affiliating university of RIE Mysore
	Candidates who have passed +2 /Hr. Sec./Sr. Sec. or any equivalent exam in 2018, 2019 or appearing /appeared in 2020 only
For B.Ed.	Candidates with at least 50% marks in Bachelor’s Degree and /or in the Master’s Degree in Sciences/ Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with Science or Mathematics or in Bachelor’s Degree and /or in the Master’s Degree in Social Sciences/Humanities are eligible for admission to the program (relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ ST/PH candidates)
For M.Ed	Candidates seeking admission to the M.Ed. Program should have obtained at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade {relaxation by 5% for SC/ST/PH Candidates} in the following programs/courses from any University/College/Institute recognized by affiliating universities:
	B.Ed., B.A. B.Ed./B.Sc. B.Ed, B. El. Ed & D. El. Ed with an undergraduate degree in Arts/Science (With 50% marks in each)
For B.Ed. - M. Ed (Integrated)	A postgraduate degree in science / social science/ humanity from a recognized institution with a minimum of 55%marks or equivalent grade (relaxation by 5% for SC/ST/PH candidates)

RIE CEE 2020 Application Process

Applicant, you are welcome to the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) Common Entrance Examination (CEE) - 2020 online application form submission portal at https://ncert-cee.kar.nic.in/CEE.aspx

It is advised to check Eligibility Criteria for RIE CEE courses before applying.

Candidates can use their valid Email Id and Mobile number to register themselves.

To complete the process, the Application Fee can be submitted online. In addition, as per the Eligibility and interest Candidates can choose to apply for more than one course.

RIE CEE 2020 Admit Card
